This set of images was captured before Hotel Burgundy's November 23rd show at Saturn Bar.
When I arrived, Jonathon, their bassist, was hanging outside, and he informed me that the rest of the band has been hard at work on setting up the perfect spot for the shoot. And yep, their set-up was brilliant—it honestly made my job all the easier. The color coordination between the band mates was sick and made for some awesome, vibrant, colorful shots. While I'm usually in favor of black-and-white work, these color images were pretty fun to edit.
Midway through, Evan, their guitarist, disappeared and returned with a ton of crazy sunglasses. Those glasses, for sure, were a great addition and made for probably some of my favorite images from the shoot. Always a great hang with these guys, enjoyed cracking some jokes and snapping a whole bunch of pictures. Looking forward to our next photo shoot!
